Unwanted Items

Changed your mind about a product? No worries, we got you covered. Unwanted items purchased from us can be returned within 14 days. Simply login to your account and follow the returns procedure.


  1. Orders billed to businesses, education or government establishments do not qualify, please make sure the products being purchased are correct. Our customer services team will be happy to help.
  2. Items returned with missing accessories, packaging or cannot be resold as new may incur a restocking fee depending on the extent of the damage.
  3. Certain items such as software and consumables are excluded if unsealed.

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be returned either for a full refund or replacement within the first 30 days. Depending on the product, we will either provide a returns label for you or refund the shipping cost once it is back with us (up to a maximum of £5 per kilo).

Over the 30 days period, your are covered by our one year warranty and will be repaired or replaced. You need to ship the product back to us in such cases. If a repair or replacement is not possible or is uneconomical, a refund will be offered but a deduction may be made depending on the length of time used.

Some products qualify for direct replacement with the manufacturer. We might refer you to the manufacturer in such cases, simply because it is the quicker route. If you prefer, we can still handle the warranty process for you, but note that it may take relatively longer to resolve.

If you are unlucky and receive a faulty product, our customer services team is ready to help. Simply provide as much information as possible about the fault and they will get you started with the warranty process. We aim to resolve all warranty repairs and replacements within 2 weeks.


  1. Certain items such as software and consumables are excluded.
  2. Outside of the first year, some manufacturers offer extended warranty cover. Please contact the manufacturer for more information.
  3. Please do contact us before returning a product, items returned without a valid return reference number may be rejected.
  4. Products that suffered water damage, have been modified, altered, operated beyond manufacturer's specifications, tampered with through unauthorised channels, or found to be non-defective will be rejected and may incur a testing charge.
